Repair, renew and rejuvenate your skin!
TriFractional Skin Resurfacing is an advanced skin treatment that works to repair and rejuvenate your skin – quickly, safely and effectively. TriFractional Skin Resurfacing has been proven to successfully firm the skin, reduce visible wrinkles, lift the face and improve scarring.
How TriFractional Skin Resurfacing works
During a TriFractional Skin Resurfacing treatment, radiofrequency energy is delivered to selected areas of the skin’s epidermal tissue through an array of micro-electrode pins. These frequencies create pinpoint, superficial microwounds that cause the body to initiate a healing response in the affected area. These microwounds are then shed, resulting in new, healthy tissue with improved texture, tone and vibrancy.
The fractional (separate) manner in which the radiofrequency energy is delivered allows for untreated areas to act as “healing zones.” This causes the rejuvenation process to occur even faster and more effectively than with other treatments.
TriFractional skin resurfacing is safe and highly effective. Discomfort is negligible and post-treatment downtime is minimal.
Benefits of TriFractional Skin Resurfacing:
1. Is TriFractional technology safe?
Yes. The energy levels used during a TriFractional Skin Resurfacing treatment are very safe and carry no significant risk of injury or damage to the skin.
2. What can I expect to experience during and after a TriFractional treatment?
During a TriFractional Skin Resurfacing treatment, you may feel a brief prickly sensation as the energy is emitted. Following treatment, the treated area may feel warm and have slight redness or swelling for a brief time. Applying an emollient cream for one or two days after treatment is recommended. Use of regular moisturizers and makeup can resume one day after treatment. After a couple of days, you will notice that tiny scabs have formed. These scabs will naturally shed during the following few days. Avoid peeling these scabs; makeup can be applied over them. Sunscreen and limited sun exposure are recommended for a few weeks after a TriFractional Skin Resurfacing treatment.
3. How many treatments will I need?
Typically, two or three TriFractional treatments are recommended. More treatments may be necessary for severe acne scarring or enhanced improvement of wrinkles. Treatments normally occur at monthly intervals.
4. How long do TriFractional treatment results last?
Results for wrinkles (laxity) normally last for an extended period of time – generally up to 1 year or longer – [GS1] particularly when used in conjunction with periodic TriFractional maintenance treatments.
